Promotional Techniques:  You are free to promote the link to your business and it's affiliated sites in all the ways we recommend immediately after you register.  Examples of acceptable ways to promote the products are: through text links, news ads, magazine ads, letters of recommendation to newsletters subscribers, flyers, brochures, sales letters, banners, or your client base.

However, if you use SPAM (in any way, shape or form, including email and newsgroup spamming), or offer the course on any WAREZ, CRACK, or SPAM oriented site, your account will be immediately terminated!

It is against your associate's agreement to advertise your Program via unsolicited email.  Some people think that associate's "Spam" email originated from us, damaging our reputation and causing us many administrative problems.  DO NOT send unsolicited email to promote your business, or you will be in violation of your associate's operating agreement and your account will be terminated without a refund, and forfeiting all outstanding referral fees.  Your cooperation and understanding is appreciated.

In addition, it is against company policy to click on your own Google Ads.

Any advertising fees not paid up to the point of termination will not be paid to you and will be property of Global Cash Flow Network.

Trademarks, Trade Names & Patents:  You hereby recognize our right of ownership of all Trademarks, Trade Names, and Patents associated with these services.  You will act consistently with these rights and act to preserve them in the course of marketing and sales of those services.  We grant you the right to our Trademarks and Trade Names in connection with marketing and sales of these services.

Copyrighted material:  As the participant, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your reviews, course descriptions and articles (if applicable at your site) obey all applicable copyright and other laws.  You must have express permission to use another party's copyrighted material.  Global Cash Flow Network will not be responsible if you use another party's copyrighted material in violation of the law.

All advertising materials which use Global Cash Flow Network logos and images must be pre-approved before being used.  You can fax your request for approval to: 480-967-2377.  For legal review, please allow up to 14 business days for your request to be accepted or denied.  The goal is to protect your long-term opportunity.
